Job Summary

We are looking for a US Voice Calling qualified who can handle US customers and calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience working with US clients/customers.

Responsibilities
- Handle US customer calls and provide professional support.
- Make and receive inbound/outbound US calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide the right assistance.
- Maintain call and customer information accurately.
- Follow up with customers when needed.
- Meet daily calling and performance targets.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with US customers.

Requirements




- Experience in US Calling / US Voice Process.
- Experience handling US customers or clients.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in US shifts/night shifts.
- Candidates with strong calling and customer service experience are preferred.
