Job Title: MICE Executive / Manager

Location: Gurgaon
Department: MICE / Corporate Travel
Salary: Salary will be decided based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and interview performance.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) requirements for corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and prepare suitable travel/event proposals.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transporters, DMCs and other vendors.
- Plan and manage corporate events, conferences, group movements and incentive trips.
- Prepare quotations, costing and itineraries.
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive rates and smooth execution.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams from planning to final execution.
- Ensure timely follow-up and maintain good client relationships.




- Handle on-ground coordination and resolve operational issues when required.

Requirements
- Experience in MICE, Corporate Travel, Events or Hospitality industry preferred.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong coordination and client-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
- Willingness to travel whenever required.

Experience: Relevant experience preferred; candidates with suitable industry exposure may also be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
