What you'll be doing
You will be the architecture owner for Experian's global video conferencing estate and collaboration spaces, driving standardization and lifecycle governance across 400+ video conferencing units and our global refresh roadmap. Architect and govern the refresh program, aligned to the $1.2M allocated budget. The program executes prioritization based on site strategy (Grow/Maintain/Retire), technology lifecycle status (including TLMP-driven replacements), and room usage/telemetry. This prioritization focuses investment on high-value rooms. This role will own room standards, VC platforms/devices, monitoring/telemetry,



lifecycle/refresh execution architecture, and site readiness planning w/ local facilities teams. You will report to a Senior Director.

Summary Of Primary Responsibilities
- Own global VC/Rooms architecture & standards: Define room typologies, standard bills of material, supported device classes (including standardization toward MTR patterns), configuration baselines, and supportability guardrails.
- FY27 lifecycle refresh governance (budget-aligned): Architect the FY27 refresh plan using lifecycle/usage/site strategy and manage quarterly prioritization and rebalancing aligned to the $1.2M allocation and quarterly budget phasing.
- EoL/risk management for decommissioned devices: Drive remediation for restricted-state/EoL devices (e.g., impacted Cisco models listed as decommissioned/restricted) and ensure sequencing reduces user impact and operational risk.
