Mandatory Skills
- 58 years of experience in SAP HCM US Payroll.
- Strong expertise in US Payroll processing and configuration.
- Payroll Schema & PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules) expertise is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with TUBS (Tax Update Bulletins).
- Experience working with BSI Tax Factory.
- Experience in ADP Quarterly File Testing (Advantage).
- Strong knowledge of US Payroll statutory compliance (Federal, State, Local Taxes).
- Experience in Off-Cycle Payroll, Retro Payroll, Year-End Payroll, and Payroll Corrections.
- Good understanding of Payroll Interfaces (Inbound/Outbound interfaces, monitoring, troubleshooting, and file processing).
- Experience in Payroll Control Records, Wage Types, Payroll Areas, Payroll Posting, and Payroll Processing.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
