Role & responsibilities

I. ROLE

To carry out Production Activities & coordination with other Functions for smooth production with quality & safety product.

I. RESPONSIBIITY
- Leading the manufacturing operation Flow of Battery from raw material to shipment.
- Management of front-line manufacturing employee mainly technician and involve engineer if technically required.
- Developing profound knowledge of technical discipline ( Process Documents).
- Ensuring all manufacturing works are perform in compliance to company policy, in accordance with business priority, standard SOP, quality and EHS requirement.
- Has ability to propose different/straight forward solution outside of set parameter. Resourceful in solving various manufacturing issue and apply LEAN concept in manufacturing line.
- Ensure the target productivity level is achieved on a daily basis.(Plan vs Achievement).
- Update the production plan on a daily basis.(Production MIS and DPR)
- Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions




- Produce written reports and make presentations (Weekly and monthly production reports).
- Undertake continuous training and development
- Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of external resources as required(PFC,FMEA,CP,PPAP,SPC)
- Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.
- Trouble shooting on Machines

II. Qualification
- BE/B.Tech/Diplomain ME/EE/Mechatronics
- Min. 3-5 yrs of Work-experience in Production & related activities in Manufacturing preferably Battery production
- Thorough Knowledge of assembly of Battery manufacturing
- Through knowledge of best practices on shop floor
- Experience in working in Li ion battery is preferred
