We are seeking an experienced SAP Coupa Functional Consultant with 6-9 years of overall experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Pay (S2P), and procurement transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Coupa Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, Sourcing, and Contract Management, along with integration knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA landscapes. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Coupa functional solutions.
- Configure and implement Coupa modules including:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Procurement
- Invoicing
- Supplier Management (SIM)
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Sourcing
- Expense Management
- Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and business process mapping sessions.




- Work closely with procurement, finance, accounts payable, and supply chain stakeholders.
- Design and validate end-to-end business processes across Source-to-Pay operations.
- Support integration activities between Coupa and SAP ECC/S4HANA using middleware platforms.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments.
- Perform SIT, UAT, defect management, and production deployment activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and user training.
- Participate in data migration, supplier onboarding, and master data governance initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls, and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Functional Skills
- 6-9 years of IT experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on Coupa implementation/support experience.
