Role Objective
We are looking for a Resident Sales Engineer on a part-time basis who is already well-connected within the industrial market of West Bengal, Odisha, or Jharkhand. The candidate will represent Fawia locally, develop business opportunities, generate leads and RFQs, and build relationships with key industrial customers and EPC companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Fawia in the assigned territory on a part time and resident-based arrangement.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities from industries, EPC contractors, consultants, and plant owners.
- Generate leads and RFQs for the company's products and services.
- Meet key decision-makers from Purchase, Projects, Maintenance, Engineering, and Plant Operations departments.
- Promote Fawia's capabilities in areas such as:
- Industrial gas pipeline systems
- Cryogenic storage systems
- Gas storage and distribution infrastructure
- Mechanical and piping projects
- Installation and commissioning
- AMC and maintenance services
- Develop and maintain relationships with major industrial clients, EPC companies, consultants, and OEMs.
- Track upcoming projects, plant expansions, shutdown requirements, maintenance requirements, and tender opportunities.
- Arrange meetings between prospective customers and Fawia's management/technical team whenever required.
- Follow up with customers for RFQs, technical discussions, quotations, and business opportunities.
- Support vendor registration and empanelment activities with major clients.
- Provide regular updates on customer visits, leads, RFQs, project opportunities, and market developments.
