Accountant Job Opening

We are looking for an
Accountant
to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, supporting accounting operations, and ensuring accuracy in day-to-day financial activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record and reconcile invoices, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare and maintain accounting reports and supporting schedules.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
- Support tax-related documentation and compliance activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding accounting requirements.
- Ensure accounting data is accurate, complete, and maintained on time.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role.

- Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with
Tally, QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books
, or other accounting software.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting compliance.
- Experience with bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and bookkeeping is an advantage.
- Knowledge of US accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
