Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Content & Social Media Executive who can transform provided information, reports, articles, presentations and source material into engaging, well-written digital content.

The person will be responsible for rewriting, rehashing, editing, repurposing and publishing content across the company website, LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust writing and editing skills, a good understanding of digital communication, and the ability to adapt the same core content for different audiences and platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who can combine content writing, editorial judgement, social media handling and digital publishing.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Rewriting
- Review and understand source material provided by the organisation.
- Rewrite and restructure existing content into original, readable and engaging articles, blogs and digital posts.




- Convert technical, corporate or lengthy material into clear and audience-friendly content.
- Develop articles, blogs, thought-leadership pieces, company updates, announcements and other digital content.
- Ensure content is grammatically correct, factually consistent and aligned with the organisation's tone and brand guidelines.
- Create compelling headlines, introductions, summaries and calls to action.

Website Content
- Prepare and publish articles, blogs, news updates and other content on the company website.
- Format content appropriately for web reading, including headings, sub-headings, bullets, links, images and metadata.
- Maintain and periodically update published content where required.
- Apply basic SEO principles such as keywords, page titles, descriptions, headings and internal linking.

LinkedIn & Social Media
- Manage day-to-day content publishing on the company's LinkedI
