Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, purchase bill management on Marg Software, and day-to-day administrative coordination via email. Familiarity with basic AI tools to improve work efficiency is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain purchase bills accurately on Marg Software
- Prepare and manage data using MS Excel, including formulas, calculations, and basic reporting
- Handle day-to-day email communication — sending, replying, CC'ing relevant parties, and managing attachments professionally
- Use basic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to assist with data checks, formatting, drafting, or process efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data updates
- Cross-verify entries for accuracy and flag discrepancies
- Coordinate with accounts/purchase team for bill reconciliation
- Maintain confidentiality of company data
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including mathematical formulas (SUM, VLOOKUP, IF, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Marg Software (purchase bill entry)
- Good command of email etiquette — mail, CC, and attachments
- Basic understanding of AI tools and willingness to use them in daily work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience in data entry (2+ years preferred)
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
