Position : Business Development Executive (2 Years and above)

Location: ICAT Design & Media College (Chennai / Bangalore )
- Graduation (BA, BBA, MBA, etc.)
- Diploma & Master's holders with relevant sales/customer-facing experience are also eligible.
- Experienced with excellent communication skills may apply for the BDM role.

Experience
- BDM: 2 Yrs Above.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Training Institutes, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Retail, Hospitality or Service Industry will be an added advantage.

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, target-oriented, and customer-focused professionals to join our Admissions & Business Development team. The role involves generating student admissions, counselling prospective students and parents, conducting outreach activities, building institutional partnerships, and achieving enrolment targets for Image Creative Education and ICAT Design & Media College.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate admissions through walk-ins,



enquiries, referrals, and digital leads.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding career opportunities, courses, curriculum, and placements.
- Follow up with enquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and personal meetings.
- Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, workshops, and educational presentations.
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres, and educational institutions to build relationships and generate leads.
- Organize and participate in education fairs, exhibitions, campus activities, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team for lead generation campaigns and conversion activities.
- Maintain accurate student enquiry records in CRM/ERP.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Develop robust relationships with students, parents, educational consultants, and corporate partners.
