I JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing & Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of academic and extracurricular events across all TSA schools. This includes managing event logistics, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety and school policies, and delivering engaging experiences for students, staff, and families.

Additionally, the role involves overseeing marketing, promotions, and communications strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of TSA schools.

II KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Event Management:

· Plan, organize, and oversee events organized by the Foundation.

· Coordinate logistics, vendors, timelines, and execution plans for each event.

Regular events conducted:
- Carnival
- The start Global - International Symposium
- VFF programs
- Exhibition
- Merch products - Sales
- Concert Evening
- Grand gala
- Admission campaigning
- Fundraising events
- Face lift of campuses

2. Marketing & Promotions:





Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to enhance TSA schools' brand identity.
- Design and execute promotional activities for admissions, school events, and academic programs.
- Collaborate with support teams to create content and marketing plans that drive enrollment.
- Manage advertising campaigns across social media, print, and digital platforms.

3. Communication:
- Coordinate with media outlets (e.g., newspapers) for event and admission-related advertisements.
- Oversee placement of school banners, promotional materials, and paid media ads.
- Manage internal and external communications, including newsletters, blogs, and parent updates.
- Respond to online reviews (e.g., Google Reviews) in a timely and skilled manner.
- Handle crisis communication strategies as needed.
