Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in the Real Estate industry.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on trends and competitor activity, making recommendations for product development and pricing strategies.

Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in retail or wholesale sales, preferably in the Real Estate.
- Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective rapport building with customers and colleagues alike.
