Job Summary

Grow your career in adventure travel with Dare2Gear as a Sales Executive You’ll get hands-on experience in selling cycling expeditions, trekking tours, and adventure travel experiences. You’ll work closely with the sales and operations teams, interact with adventure enthusiasts

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is energetic, eager to learn with excellent communicationskills, and passionate about travel, cycling, fitness and outdoor adventures.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries for cycling expeditions, adventure travel experiences.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tours and experiences.
- Explain tour itineraries, inclusions, safety guidelines, pricing, payment details, and other relevant information.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records using CRM and Excel.




- Follow up consistently with prospective customers and work towards converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for confirmed bookings and customer requirements.
- Build positive and long-term relationships with customers.
- Support sales campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
- Maintain timely follow-ups and ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to booking.

Skills & Qualifications
- 1.5-3 years of experience in Sales, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Customer Handling
- Strong verbal and written communication with confident customer handling and follow-ups
- Ability to manage leads, work with sales targets, and maintain follow-up schedules
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools
- Valuable organizational and coordination skills
- Experience in Travel Sales or Adventure Tourism is preferred
- Interest in cycling, trekking, fitness, or outd
