Job Role: Laptop Service Technician

Job Description
- Diagnose and repair ASUS laptops at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.
- Replace faulty components such as:
- LCD Panels
- Keyboards
- Batteries
- Motherboards
- RAM
- SSDs
- Cooling Fans
- Other laptop components
- Perform OS installation, driver updates, BIOS updates, and system configuration.
- Handle warranty and service-related complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate service reports and update repair status.
- Follow ASUS service procedures, technical guidelines, and quality standards.
- Conduct onsite service visits and provide timely technical support.
- Travel to customer locations as required.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 Years in laptop/computer repair.
- Hands-on experience in laptop hardware troubleshooting is required.
- ASUS laptop repair experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for onsite service calls.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.

Salary
- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Salary will depend on experience and technical skills.
