Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and generate potential B2B clients through online and offline channels.
- Promote Software Development, CRM, ERP, Web & Mobile Application Development services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Conduct client calls, meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations.
- Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Generate leads through Google, LinkedIn, social media, email marketing, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers.
- Manage and follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns.
- Work with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Track campaign performance and sales pipeline.

CRM & ERP Sales
- Understand basic concepts of CRM and ERP software.




- Demonstrate CRM/ERP solutions based on client business requirements.
- Explain software features, benefits, pricing, and implementation process.
- Coordinate with the technical team for customized software requirements.
- Follow up with clients from enquiry to closure.

Required Skills
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Basic understanding of CRM, ERP, Software Development, Web & Mobile Applications.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Ability to identify and approach potential clients.
- Valuable presentation and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and online business promotion.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Qualifications
- Any Degree / BBA / MBA / B.Com / BCA / B.Sc / B.E. / B.Tech or relevant qualification.
- Candidates with experience in IT Sales
