Role & responsibilities
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) with Oracle Fusion ERP, specializing in Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Design, develop, deploy, enhance, monitor, and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations for Oracle Fusion Finance (RMCS, AR) and Oracle HCM/HRMS applications.
- Provide AMS and Production Support, including application monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, defect resolution, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), problem management, and continuous service improvements while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Develop and support real-time, batch, API-based, FBDI, HDL, BI Publisher Extract, and file-based integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Configure and support Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, REST, SOAP, FTP/SFTP, ATP Database, Email, and other enterprise adapters.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and Oracle integration best practices.




- Support Finance business processes including RMCS Revenue Recognition, Customer Contracts, Accounts Receivable (AR), Auto Invoice, Receipts, Collections, and Finance-HCM integrations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production integrations using OIC Monitoring and Tracking, analyze failures, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implement corrective actions, and recommend process improvements.
- Support inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM and third-party applications such as Salesforce (SFDC), banking systems, EDI, and other enterprise platforms.
- Perform deployment, migration, release management, configuration, and setting support across Development (DEV), Testing (TEST), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production (PROD) environments.
- Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, Oracle quarterly patch validation, and post-production verification activities.
