Role Description
The Customer Service Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries and requests across multiple channels, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive and consistent customer experience. The Customer Service Officer will assist with account-related queries, explain bank products and services clearly, guide customers on banking procedures,



and escalate complex cases when required. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions, adhering to service standards and compliance guidelines, and collaborating with branch and operations teams to improve customer satisfaction. The role also involves identifying opportunities to enhance service processes and providing feedback that supports continuous improvement.
