Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Application Production Support Engineer to join the Wealth Management Production Support team.

The role involves providing 24/7 production support for applications hosted across Singapore and Europe. The candidate will be responsible for incident management, BAU service requests, application and batch monitoring, troubleshooting, health checks and production issue resolution.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in Linux/Unix, Windows, Middleware, Batch Processing, SQL, Shell Scripting and Production Support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for applications, systems and batches used in Wealth Management.
- Monitor and respond to incidents raised by monitoring tools and business users.




- Analyze application and system logs to identify and troubleshoot unknown errors.
- Follow documented support procedures and action plans.
- Perform application and infrastructure health checks after patching activities.
- Handle incidents, service requests and production issues within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to knowledge base/support documentation.
- Monitor batch processing and resolve batch failures.
- Work with infrastructure, middleware, database and application teams for issue resolution.
- Follow ITIL processes, bank procedures and escalation mechanisms.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system availability and service quality.
- Participate in 24/7 production support, including rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Participate in organizational initiatives such as CSR, hackathons and interview drives.
