Nextagmedia is looking for a senior business leader to take ownership of our international affiliate and performance marketing business and help us scale aggressively across global markets.

This is a business leadership role, not just a sales position.

We’re looking for someone who can build markets, develop high-value partnerships, drive revenue, own commercial outcomes, and build a strong international team.

Where You'll Focus

Tier-1 Markets: US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe

MENA/GCC: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait & wider MENA

APAC: Singapore, Japan, Southeast Asia, Australia & other high-potential markets

What You'll Own
- Build and scale international affiliate & performance marketing revenue
- Develop relationships with global advertisers and brands
- Build strategic partnerships with affiliate networks, publishers, agencies and performance partners
- Drive new market expansion across Tier-1, MENA and APAC
- Lead commercial negotiations across CPA, CPS, CPL,



RevShare and hybrid models
- Own international revenue, profitability and P&L;
- Build and manage the international business team
- Develop strategic agency and advertiser partnerships
- Build a scalable global partner ecosystem
- Identify new business opportunities and create long-term revenue channels

Who We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from senior professionals with 8+ years of experience across:

Affiliate Marketing | Performance Marketing | Affiliate Networks | CPA Networks | AdTech | Digital Advertising | Media | Partnerships | International Business Development

You should ideally have:
- A strong international network of advertisers, agencies, publishers or affiliate networks
- Proven experience in international revenue growth
- Solid understanding of affiliate/performance business models
- Experience with CPA / CPS / CPL / CPI / CPO / RevShare
- Experience owning a business vertical, revenue function
