Job Description: MIS Executive

Team: Financial Services - Business Partnerships

Role: Management Information Systems (MIS) Executive

About the Role:

The MIS Executive ensures accurate and timely data reporting, maintains data quality, and supports business operations with actionable insights. The role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders and lending partners, in addition to ensuring the seamless execution of lead management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Governance

Own the end-to-end data management process, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, hygiene, and integrity across all business activities.

Monitor and maintain data quality across multiple internal and external data sources.

Support regular data clean-up and validation exercises to improve reporting accuracy.

Handle ad-hoc data requests from business stakeholders.

Reporting & Business Intelligence

Monitor and publish daily lead flow, HT tracker, AI calling dashboards, and other key operational dashboards.

Prepare and circulate daily, weekly,



and monthly business performance reports.

Consolidate data from multiple systems to generate Weekly Business Review (WBR) and Monthly Business Review (MBR) metrics.

Populate lender and internal business metrics with accurate and timely reporting.

Build executive summaries and performance dashboards for business visibility.

Lead Operations & Partner Coordination

Own the end-to-end lead follow-up process by coordinating with lending partners.

Ensure timely lead sharing through communication channels (including WhatsApp groups where applicable).

Track lead movement and conversions to maximize business outcomes.

Share daily lead files with lending partners.

Prepare and maintain anchor datasets for offer generation across lending partners.

Monitor turnaround times and ensure timely resolution of operational dependencies.

Extract, validate, and maintain a centralized repository of own
