Consultant / Senior Consultant Telecom Security Risk Assessment

We are looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant with experience in Telecom Security Risk Assessment to join our Cyber / Risk Consulting practice. The role requires robust client-facing, communication, and analytical skills, along with knowledge of telecom security frameworks, standards, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of telecom security risk assessment engagements for clients.
- Identify security risks, vulnerabilities, and control gaps across telecom environments.
- Apply frameworks and standards such as Unified Security Control Framework, NIST, 3GPP, and GSMA.
- Perform threat modelling using ITU-T X.805 and/or STRIDE.
- Review telecom technologies, architectures, and protocols from a security perspective.
- Develop risk-based recommendations and support preparation of client deliverables and presentations.




- Participate in client discussions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.

Skills and Experience
- 3 to 8+ years of relevant experience in telecom security, cybersecurity consulting, and/or risk assessment.
- Good exposure to telecom security risk assessments.
- Understanding of Unified Security Control Framework.
- Knowledge of Threat Modelling, including ITU-T X.805 and STRIDE.
- Familiarity with NIST, 3GPP, GSMA, and telecom security standards.
- Understanding of telecom technologies and protocols.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for a client-facing role.

Preferred
- Experience working with telecom operators, service providers, and/or consulting firms.
- Exposure to telecom domains such as mobile/core networks, signaling, OSS/BSS, and telecom infrastructure security.
