Mirayee by Rela Hospital, Pune is looking for a qualified and experienced Infection Control Nurse (ICN) to join our team.

Location: Balewadi, Pune
Department: Infection Control Position: Infection Control Nurse

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor hospital infection prevention and control practices.
- Conduct regular infection-control rounds and compliance audits.
- Monitor hand hygiene, PPE usage, isolation precautions and aseptic practices.
- Support surveillance and reporting of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs).
- Monitor sterilization, disinfection and environmental hygiene practices.
- Coordinate with clinical and support departments on infection-control measures.
- Conduct infection-control training and awareness sessions for staff.
- Maintain infection-control documentation, reports and audit records.




- Support the Infection Control Committee and quality/NABH initiatives.
- Identify infection-control risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Eligibility
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
- Relevant hospital experience, preferably in Infection Control.
- Knowledge of infection prevention, surveillance and NABH standards will be an advantage.
- Good communication, documentation and coordination skills.
