We are now looking for a Procurement Manager who can take ownership of product sourcing and vendor management, while ensuring that every product meets Quem’s expectations for quality, functionality, pricing and overall customer appeal.

Role Overview

The Procurement Manager will play a key role in identifying, evaluating and procuring products for Quem. This role requires someone who is commercially sharp, highly organised,



detail-oriented and naturally curious about products and market trends.

You will work closely with the founders and internal teams to understand product requirements, research potential vendors and manufacturers, negotiate commercials, evaluate samples and ensure that products meet the required specifications before being introduced into the business.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Sourcing & Research
- Research and identify new products, product categories and sourcing opportunities relevant to Quem.
- Continuously scout for unique, creative and commercially viable products.
- Research potential vendors, manufacturers, importers and suppliers across relevant categories.
- Stay updated on product trends, consumer preferences, new launches and emerging opportunities in the market.
- Identify alternative suppliers and sourcing options to ensure competitive pricing and supply continuity.
