Role Description
The Solution Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves understanding client requirements, analyzing business challenges,



and designing tailored solutions that align with Al Fahad Enterprises’ services and offerings. The Solution Consultant collaborates closely with sales and presales teams to prepare proposals, demonstrations, and presentations that effectively communicate solution value. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations with clients, supporting project management activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring that solutions are implemented according to agreed timelines and quality standards. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring performance of implemented solutions, and recommending enhancements to improve client satisfaction and business outcomes.
