Competencies
- Strong experience working with Argus, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excel and financial modeling skills with a working knowledge of IRR, NPV, and other fundamental real estate metrics
- Deep knowledge of real estate valuation, re-underwriting, performance monitoring, and market research; experience with CoStar, RCA, Greenstreet is a plus
- Proven managerial experience managing offshore or remote teams
- Ability to work across time zones and maintain close coordination with U.S. based colleagues
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, as is the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and show solid attention to detail
