Role & responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of relevant UKG/Kronos technical experience.
- Solid experience with UKG Workforce Management technical components.
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise integrations.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, SQL, and file-based integrations.
- Experience troubleshooting complex production and integration issues.
- Experience supporting payroll-critical integrations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application integration concepts.
- Experience in L2/L3 production support and AMS environments.
- Experience handling P1/P2 incidents and performing Root Cause Analysis.
- Understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Knowledge Management processes.




- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- UKG technical certification(s).
- Strong UKG Pro Workforce Management / UKG Dimensions experience.
- UKG Workforce Central experience.
- Experience with middleware/integration platforms.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- ITIL certification.
- Experience with monitoring and automation tools.
- Exposure to Agile and DevOps practices.
- Experience supporting large-scale/global UKG environments.
