Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and student-focused Guest Relations Officer to join our Study Abroad team in Kanjirappally.

The candidate will be responsible for welcoming students and parents, handling enquiries, coordinating appointments, providing information about our services, and ensuring a positive experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist students and parents visiting the office.
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries professionally.
- Understand students' requirements and connect them with the appropriate counsellor.
- Schedule and coordinate counselling appointments.
- Follow up with students regarding enquiries and appointments.
- Coordinate with counsellors and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.




- Provide basic information about study-abroad services, destinations, and application processes.
- Handle student/parent concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a skilled and welcoming reception environment.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken English and Malayalam.
- Previous experience in customer service, front office, student relations, education consultancy, or hospitality is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
