An activewear brand focused on performance, movement, and building a strong fitness community. The brand is expanding its offline presence through events, pop-up stores, partnerships, and community-led experiences.

About the Role

We are looking for an Events & Community Manager to manage offline initiatives, including events, pop-up stores, partnerships, and community building. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised, and comfortable taking projects from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and execute events from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with event management companies and negotiate pricing, venues, and deliverables.
- Plan and execute own events with venues, sponsors, trainers, and partners.
- Manage event promotions, ticket sales, and on-ground execution.
- Plan and execute pop-up stores in malls and other relevant locations.
- Coordinate with mall management, vendors, and pop-up partners.




- Identify new opportunities for offline sales and brand activations.
- Build and grow the community through events and collaborations.
- Develop relationships with trainers, fitness communities, brands, venues, and potential partners.
- Track sales and performance from events and pop-up activities.
- Ensure smooth execution and a strong brand experience.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in events, community management, experiential marketing, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Good project management and execution abilities.
- Comfortable working with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Solid networking and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on sales and results.
- Passion for fitness, sports, activewear, or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
