Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising Daily Operations: Ensuring smooth service during all shifts, opening and closing procedures, and maintaining cafe cleanliness.
- Staff Management: Scheduling, training, mentoring, and performance management of cafe staff.
- Customer Service: Ensuring high standards of customer service, handling complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Financial Management: Handling petty cash, preparing reports, and potentially monitoring payroll and revenue.
- Ensuring Compliance: Adhering to health and safety regulations, food safety, and hygiene standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
