About the Role

ARDEM
is hiring a Senior Accounts Payable who can independently manage a small-to-midsized US accounts payable process after a structured client transition. This is not a basic invoice-entry role. The analyst is expected to apply sound accounting fundamentals, make thoughtful decisions, identify and resolve exceptions, communicate directly with client stakeholders and vendors, and create confidence that ARDEM has the process handled.

Most ARDEM accounts payable engagements are supported by a small team. The successful candidate must therefore be dependable, self-directed, accurate, responsive,



and capable of owning day-to-day AP operations without requiring constant instruction from the client or

Project Owner.

What Success Looks Like
- Consistently delivers error-free, on-time work in accordance with client controls and ARDEM quality standards.
- Independently manages assigned AP activities, priorities, trackers, deadlines, and routine exceptions.
- Uses accounting knowledge and critical thinking before asking the client for direction.
- Communicates proactively, professionally, and concisely with client stakeholders and vendors.
- Builds client trust by demonstrating control, ownership, responsiveness, and dependable follow-through.
- Raises genuine risks early and brings facts, analysis, and a recommended next step.

- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable workflow/cycle from invoice receipt through coding, approval routing, payment preparation, posting, and record maintenance, based on the assigned client scope.
