- To continuously refine design skills, staying updated with industry knowledge, and contribute to the

growth and success of the firm.

2. Leading the Design Stage:
- To ensure that the cost of the project aligns with the designs proposed.
- To produce furniture plans, design proposal, material selections and manage clients independently

or with minimal supervision.




- Professionally manage the design phase keeping a check of budget and standard timelines set by

the management.
- To formulates designs which are practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes.
- Be a team player, have great people skills, be wildly creative and push the boundaries with a can-

do attitude
- Arrange for timely trainings, guidance and mentorship to Jr. Interior Designers.
