Role Description:
The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru in the new digital team. This role manages inbound and outbound sales calls, responds to inquiries,



and presents suitable solutions to prospective and existing customers. Day-to-day activities include generating and qualifying leads, preparing quotations, following up on opportunities, and supporting account managers with sales documentation and pipeline updates. The Inside Sales Representative will maintain customer records in CRM systems, coordinate with technical and marketing teams, and help organize product demos and webinars. The role also involves monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing service issues promptly, and contributing to revenue growth targets.

Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience with outbound calling, prospect qualification, and CRM tools.
