Front Office Executive – Job Description

Position: Front Office Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Front Office Executive to manage the reception area, handle calls and visitors, coordinate with internal departments, and support day-to-day office administration activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend incoming calls and connect them to the concerned departments or employees.
- Welcome and assist visitors and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and maintain the daily visitors list and send necessary communication through email.
- Maintain Inward and Outward Registers accurately.
- Handle routine office systems and front-office activities.
- Coordinate and follow up with drivers regarding office requirements and schedules.




- Coordinate with the Admin and Design teams for incoming and outgoing documents.
- Maintain courier records, file AWB details, and track courier consignments.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of front-office records.
- Perform other office and administrative duties as assigned based on the requirements of the role.

Required Skills

- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and handle routine office activities efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
