Role Description
The Piping Design Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves designing piping systems for pharmaceutical facilities, preparing detailed layouts and isometric drawings, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. The Piping Design Engineer collaborates with mechanical, civil, HVAC,



and electrical teams to integrate piping solutions with overall plant design. Daily responsibilities include performing stress analysis, selecting appropriate materials and supports, reviewing vendor drawings, and resolving technical issues during installation and commissioning. The role also requires regular coordination with project managers and clients, participation in design reviews, and timely documentation updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Robust skills in Piping Design and Piping, with experience in layout, routing, and isometric drawing preparation.
- Proficiency in Stress Analysis and related tools to ensure safe and reliable piping systems.
- Solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering principles applied to process and utility piping.
- Exposure to Petroleum or process industry standards and practices is an advantage.
