Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct awareness programmes on child safety, girls health, and hygiene.
- Support child protection, education, and dropout student initiatives.
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, parents, and communities.
- Maintain programme data, MIS, attendance, feedback, and reports.
- Monitor activities and support impact analysis.
- Prepare regular programme reports.
- Travel to assigned schools and project locations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- BSW / MSW/ WCD/MPSW preferred; candidates from Psychology, Education, Women & Child Development (WCD), or related fields may apply.
- At least 1 year of relevant NGO/social-sector experience preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, facilitation,
and coordination skills.
- Good documentation and MS Excel/MS Office skills.
- Child-friendly, empathetic, and responsible approach.
- Willingness to travel to field locations.
