Job Summary

Position Summary Leads testing and validation of test components along with team of supervisors, as subset of Indoor testing, VATS- ERC.

The team is responsible for the physical validation of components, systems and vehicles for entire PV.

The domain encompasses all critical aggregates for Validation of Cab Trims, Chassis Suspension Systems, Vehicle level Buzz Squeak Rattle Brakes, Controls, Fuels, Exhaust Steering Systems.

In this role, the Engineer Indoor Testing Mechanical is responsible for the following Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Leads a team of Supervisors.
- Participate in DFMEA.
- Interaction with COCs and Supplier for CTR discussions and ensuring signoff of CTR by all stakeholders.
- Benchmarking.of vehicles and components.
- Resource Manpower and Equipments planning for Project execution.
- Outsourcing activities, if required.
- Create test plan.
- Witness testing.
- Plan Ensure completing tests as per test plans.
