- Site Management: Supervise daily field activities and coordinate work crews, subcontractors, and material suppliers.
- Technical Execution: Interpret blueprints, structural designs, and architectural drawings; perform layout and setting out of the site.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect construction work, check steel reinforcement and formwork before concrete casting, and monitor material quality.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental constraints.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain daily progress logs, record material usage, and update project managers on delays or structural issues

Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.




- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, site surveying tools (auto-level, total station), and reading complex technical blueprints.
- Soft Skills: Robust problem-solving, leadership, communication, and time-management abilities.
- Experience: Diploma with more than 8 years experience , BE / BTech with 5 years experience.
- CBG Plant experience would be advantage.
- Communication: Hindi and English

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
