We are looking for a skilled VMC Setter to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CNC/VMC machines (3-axis), the ability to read GD&T-based; drawings, and the know-how to work with milling machines.

Requirements:

 ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die

 Must know how to work on CNC/VMC machines.

 Must have experience with 3-axis machines.

 Should be able to read GD&T; drawings.

 Should know how to work on a milling machine.

 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a precision machining workplace.

 Familiarity with Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls.

Key Responsibilities:

 Set up and operate CNC/VMC machines (3-axis) for precision machining tasks.

 Work independently on 3-axis milling machines and manage tool changes and job settings.





 Interpret engineering drawings, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T;).

 Select appropriate tools, offsets, and cutting parameters based on the material and job.

 Follow safety standards and maintain machine cleanliness and documentation

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
- Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
- VMC Setter - 3 Axis Machines: 2 years (Preferred)
