Role Summary

We are seeking a highly driven, data-focused Head of Offshore Operations to deliver a major step-change in productivity, accountability, and overall business performance for a growing UK property and affordable-housing business. Your initial mandate is to take control of an existing 15-person remote team, establish rigorous performance metrics, and prove you can transform their output. Once substantial improvements are demonstrated to the UK Founder, you will be authorized to recruit and build a primary operations hub locally.

​Responsibilities
- ​Assume day-to-day operational management of an existing remote team, establishing clear ownership, measurable deliverables, and strict deadlines for every employee.
- ​Design and implement systems to measure working activity and actual output, including active/idle time tracking, SLA performance, and individual scorecards.
- ​Immerse yourself in business processes (rent collection, compliance, repairs tracking) and document them thoroughly to eliminate single points of failure.




- ​Identify opportunities to boost productivity through better systems, workflow redesign, and the integration of AI and automation to remove manual tasks.
- ​Generate concise management reporting for UK leadership, focusing on team capacity, error levels, outstanding workloads, and critical operational KPIs.

​Qualifications
- ​8–15+ years of operations and management experience, ideally within a BPO, Shared Services, or operationally intensive environment.
- ​Proven experience managing and transforming teams of 15–30+ people, specifically with remote or offshore employees.
- ​Hardcore performance-management skills with demonstrable experience introducing KPIs, management dashboards, and workforce monitoring.
- ​Highly analytical and commercially minded, with a solid ability to challenge the status quo, manage underperformance, and operate with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
