Key Responsibilities
- Understand technical requirements and job descriptions from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri
- Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and other job requirements.
- Conduct initial recruiter screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
- Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Ensure candidates have a positive recruitment experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide suitable profiles.
