Special Educator (CBSE School)

Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs and disabilities. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school counselors to create an inclusive learning environment as per CBSE guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify students with learning difficulties through assessments, observations, and referrals.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with special learning requirements.
- Collaborate with class teachers to modify lesson plans, teaching methods, and classroom materials.
- Maintain accurate progress records and documentation as required by CBSE norms.
- Conduct regular meetings with parents to discuss progress and challenges.
- Create an inclusive classroom environment promoting emotional, social, and academic development.
- Coordinate with therapists, counselors,



and external specialists when required.
- Organize awareness programs for teachers and students on special education and inclusivity.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE and Government guidelines for students with disabilities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education (B.Ed / M.Ed in Special Education – RCI Certified).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Special Educator in a school (preferred).
- Solid understanding of learning disabilities such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and passion for working with children.
- Ability to manage documentation and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
