Designation : Sales Manager - Chemical Industry (Specialty Chemicals)

Job Overview-
As a Sales Manager in the chemical industry with specialization in sales handling in specialty chemicals (prefer oil field drilling chemicals)

Job responsibility:
- Person will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts and developing strategic partnerships.
- This role will involve leveraging your deep understanding of specialty chemical used in the chemical industry, ensuring that the company's sales goals are met or exceeded.
- You will be instrumental in expanding market share, driving revenue, and delivering innovative solutions to clients in the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development-- Identify and pursue current business opportunities in the oil and gas sector, focusing on the sale of specialized chemicals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and partners. - Develop strategies for market entry and expansion, ensuring sustainable growth.




- Sales Strategy & Execution-- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets. - Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare sales budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior management. - Manage pricing strategies and negotiations to ensure profitability.
- Ensure seamless communication between sales, operations, and supply chain teams to meet customer delivery requirements.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field is mandatory. MBA or an equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales Management is highly preferred and may be substituted for some experience in specific cases. - Certifications or coursework related to sales strategy, oil and gas sector, or chemical product management is advantageous.
