Key Responsibilities
- Understand and interpret AutoCAD drawings accurately.
- Explain production drawings and technical requirements clearly to the production team.
- Monitor day-to-day production activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and quality standards.
- Manage and allocate manpower effectively according to production requirements.
- Monitor production progress and coordinate with the factory team to achieve targets.
- Check and maintain records of raw material stock.
- Monitor finished goods and dispatch activities, ensuring the correct material is dispatched as per requirements.
- Coordinate between design, production, quality, stores, and dispatch teams.
- Identify production issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper handling and utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain production records and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure workplace safety, discipline, quality, and productivity.
Required Skills
- AutoCAD Mandatory
- Good understanding of engineering and fabrication drawings
