Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, vendor management, or business development.
- Strong experience with marketplace platforms and onboarding vendors onto platforms.
- Proven experience in building and managing partnerships to acquire and onboard vendors.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience working with marketplace platforms, staffing platforms, or SaaS-based services.
- Robust ability to manage sales pipelines and achieve revenue targets.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar.
- Ability to make high-volume outbound calls on a regular basis and maintain consistent follow-ups.

Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience with recruitment platforms or marketplace subscription models.
- Prior leadership or team management experience.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in sales forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
