Responsibilities
Plan and execute end-to-end marketing experiments, from hypothesis creation to execution and analysis.
Design test frameworks, measure outcomes, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Continuously optimize campaigns and marketing initiatives through data-driven experimentation.
Manage paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and reduce CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
Analyze campaign data and implement strategies to maximize conversions and marketing efficiency.
Own the website experimentation and A/B testing roadmap.
Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve user experience and conversion performance.
Monitor website performance and recommend enhancements based on user behavior and analytics.
Support SEO initiatives to improve search visibility and organic traffic. Collaborate on content marketing strategies that drive engagement and lead generation.
Track content performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
Program-manage projects across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Design teams.
Coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Proactively identify risks, resolve dependencies, and keep initiatives on track Work autonomously with minimal oversight.
