Key Responsibilities
- 10-20 years of experience in Oil & Gas Engineering projects with minimum 8-10 years of leadership experience in Engineering, Design & Detailing.
- Hands on experience in piping, P&ID;, 3D modelling, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Field Experience, Veerum Tagging (Nice to have)
- Co-ordinate with cross functional teams to ensure On Time Quality Deliverable. i.e. Static Equipment/Vessel Design, Rotating Equipment Design, Piping Design, Structural design, Electrical, Instrumentation,



Control system and Site team.
- Review, understand the Contract, Client Specification and the complete Scope of Work and ensure to have them implemented in Design.
- Conducting Design reviews, Review Vendor drawings & Material Take-Off (MTO).
- Review Design Calculation reports of PV Elite for Pressure Vessels, Tank and STAAD Reports for Structures & CAESAR-II for Pipe stress analysis.
- Standardization of designs, processes and tools for delivery, monitoring and reporting of Design deliverables.
- Train the team members, competency mapping & skills matrix analysis.
- Effective utilization of Mechanical and E&I; teams for engineering deliverables on time and defined quality criteria.
- Assign and monitor the individual workloads to optimize and adhere to project schedules as well as capacity management / resource planning.
