Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor academic programs across assigned schools to ensure effective implementation.
- Maintain regular communication and coordination with school principals, teachers, and internal academic teams.
- Monitor teacher attendance, punctuality, classroom performance, lesson delivery, and overall academic effectiveness.
- Ensure proper implementation of the prescribed curriculum, lesson plans, academic standards, and guidelines.
- Coordinate teacher training programs, orientations, inductions, and academic workshops.
- Track lesson completion, assessments, academic activities, and overall curriculum progress.
- Collect feedback from schools and teachers, identify academic concerns, and coordinate timely resolution.
- Conduct school visits and prepare academic, teacher performance, and school visit reports.
- Support the onboarding and induction process of recent teachers.
- Ensure timely communication and implementation of academic instructions, updates, and guidelines.
- Coordinate effectively with operations, HR, business development,



trainers, and academic teams.
- Coordinate with trainers to plan and schedule school visits, teacher training programs, and online academic sessions.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding school performance, teacher performance, academic progress, and key concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of academic activities, teacher performance, visits, and training programs.
- Ensure smooth, consistent, and effective academic operations across all assigned schools.
- Prepare and submit end-of-day (EOD) updates to management, highlighting completed activities, key observations, pending tasks, and concerns.
