Brij Design is hiring an experienced Production Incharge for its garment export operations.

Location: Udyog Vihar Phase 5, Gurgaon
Salary: Up to ₹60,000/month

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day production activities
- Monitor production targets and timelines
- Supervise production staff and manpower
- Coordinate with cutting, stitching, finishing & quality teams
- Ensure production quality and efficiency
- Resolve production-floor issues
- Ensure timely completion of orders as per shipment schedules
- Maintain daily production reports and records

Candidate Requirements
✅ 4–5 years of relevant experience in garment production
✅ Experience in Garments Export / Export House preferred
✅ Solid knowledge of Woven Wear production
✅ Excellent team-handling and coordination skills
✅ Ability to achieve production targets and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
