We are looking for an experienced
ROM
to lead business growth across
Maharashtra and Goa
.

The role will cover
Marathwada, Konkan, Pune, and Goa
, with the possibility of a wider
Rest of Maharashtra (ROM)
responsibility, excluding Mumbai and Vidarbha.

You will play a key role in growing the regional business, strengthening dealer and channel networks, and building solid relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and other key customers.

Responsibilities




- Lead regional sales and business growth across the assigned territory.
- Drive revenue, market share, and new business opportunities.
- Build and strengthen dealer, distributor, and channel networks.
- Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and key accounts.
- Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities within the region.
- Guide, motivate, and manage the regional sales team.
- Set clear sales targets and track team performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer needs.
- Ensure strong product visibility and market presence across the territory.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer service.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, market updates, and business plans for the region.
- Ensure healthy collections and strong customer relationships.
